JioPhone Next There may be some problems in doing business in India. The main reason is the lack of chipsets. However, only if this phone can be the best in terms of quality and the price is kept lower than that, only then Geophone Next will be able to do good business in India.
This time Reliance Jio has announced a new budget smartphone called JioPhone Next. This phone will start selling before Pujo. Like other Jio products, many expect the device to receive a huge response after launch. However, a recently published report says otherwise. According to the report, it would not be fair to expect that the smartphone world could change after the launch of this new budget smartphone from Jio. It has been reported that JioPhone Next may face problems due to the global chip shortage and rising prices of phone parts.
However, the report published in Canalys claims that it is not wrong in any way. Corona overdose has had an impact on the production of smartphone parts. This is why multiple smartphone manufacturers have been facing problems since last year. Almost all companies have increased the price of smartphones. The report, published in Canalys, further claims that the prices of key components such as smartphone chipsets and displays have doubled since last year.
How will this deficit affect Jio? According to Canalys, Jio will have to spend out of pocket for the first few years to sell a smartphone for less than Rs 3,700. If the price of the parts continues to rise year after year, it will only add to the problems for local suppliers and Jio. At the moment, all the companies that make smartphones at low prices have set up their own manufacturing plants in India. In that case, these competitors will get additional benefits from Jio.
Canalys also said that in order to sell a budget smartphone in a country like India, the build of that phone has to be very good. Also, at least that phone should run smoothly without any hassle. In other words, Jio's new phone has to be better in quality even if it is made at a lower price. At the same time, the price should be lower. And only in this way will Jio be able to sell enough phones in the Indian market.
